This is because each program we create customized to fit YOU and your lifestyle! During your consultation, we will discuss the program layout and payment options.

After your virtual consultation, our coach will create a special program just for you! Once you have your program in hand you may begin shopping and preparing meals to ensure you get started on the right foot. An official start date will be set with your coach and a schedule will be arranged to maintain accountability.

ABOUT COACH KIM

 An all-state track runner, high school basketball player, competitive CrossFit athlete since 2013, + CrossFit Level 1 coach, Kim Banks is no stranger to athletics and what it takes to compete at a high level.

 

 After suffering from distorted eating patterns in early adulthood she dealt with major health issues + a body that was totally unrecognizable to herself.

 

 Refusing to become a victim to her circumstances, In 2015 Kim decided to take matters into her own hands + learn the ins and outs of nutrition. Using herself as her own experiment, she has transformed her body composition and mindset into the healthiest state it's ever been.

 

 After deepening her knowledge in Nutrition + becoming a Certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, she began to follow her life's passion for coaching + built Never Settle Lifestyle, LLC from the ground up.

 

 Her desire is to help others unlock their full potential through proper nutrition + lifestyle habits alongside a positive growth mindset to live their most fulfilling life!
