In-person workshop 9-11 am

Release tension + vitality as you learn about your nervous system + the intelligent living matrix that is your connective tissue. Part one on 6/20 includes education, self-regulation through breathwork, + lower-body guided fascia release. Part two on 7/11 reflects on the knowledge you've integrated + includes upper-body fascia release.

This workshop series only happens once a year.
