Kim Shambaugh is the founder of Never Settle Lifestyle, a virtual wellness practice that is also the home of Cleveland, Ohio's first nervous system-based wellness studio, NSL Wellness Studio.
Never Settle Lifestyle is built on one core belief:
Lasting change happens when we support our natural operating system + reconnect to ourselves. When given the right conditions + tools, your body will re-learn how to regulate + thrive.
With nearly two decades of clinical practice, personal transformation, + deep study across nutrition, bioenergetics, somatic healing, + skin health, Kim developed a methodology that works with your biology, not against it.
Kim works with people who are ready to stop guessing, understand what's really happening in their bodies, + develop results + skills that last a lifetime.
Kim's qualifications as a transformational wellness professional:

"Never Settle" started as a mantra for myself in early adulthood.
I'm originally from the South + I come from a hardworking family. Everything I've ever created in my life has been bootstrapped + I've always had a hunger to create a meaningful life.
Eventually, "Never Settle" has evolved into a meaning of contentment. To not "settle" for anything less than what a deeply fulfilling life is for you, personally.
This human experience allows for a full range of emotions + experiences. I don't think we should shy away from that because there are lessons woven throughout all of it. I think we've been sold this belief that happiness is a destination we should all strive for. A bench mark of "I'll be satisfied when ___." ultamatley leaving us empty + searching. When really it's fulfillment we're after. Fulfillment looks different for everyone. To pursue it keeps us asking, "how's that working for me?" forcing us to curate our lives + remove anything that no longer aligns with the life we're creating.
The journey of self-discovery isn't easy, but it's worth it.
One of the biggest lessons I've learned throughout my profession + my life is that it is very much about the journey, not the destination.
How can you find contentment + meaning, right here + now, so that your nervous system can soften?
